Could you make this work?  I looked back at your allergen list and noticed
that the banana would be a problem.  I'm not sure what else could be used to
give the nog the creaminess without the
egg or banana?  I found this on a Diabetic newsletter that I subscribe to.

INGREDIENTS
    1 cup plain soy drink
    1 cup orange juice
    1 medium banana
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    8 ice cubes
    1/2 teaspoon ground allspice

DIRECTIONS
    1. In a blender, combine the soy drink, juice,
       banana, vanilla, and ice cubes until smooth.
    2. Pour into glasses and sprinkle with allspice.

    Calories: 78; Fat: 1 gram; Carbohydrates: 17 grams;
    Protein: 2 grams; Sodium: 23 mg; Cholesterol: 0 mg
