Hi -

Our son won't eat soy; our baby throws up soy. Neither does well with
cow's milk (although neither is allergic; my husband is the one iwth the
allergy.)

Since milk in the typical American diet provides fat, protein and calcium,
we've added lots of the following to our older child's diet. (The baby
isn't an issue, yet.)

Avocado
Peanut butter
Eggs (scrambled and boiled)
Red meat
Oil-based salad dressing
Kosher hot dogs and kosher salami (great on the road)
Gingerbread cookies (fun to make, too)
Chicken cooked with the skin on

The kids are both thriving. We hope they do well in the long term, too.

Best of luck to everyone,
