I have been told that the vitamin A in carrot juice does not put you at risk
of overdosing on it due to the form that it is consumed in. That is it is
not commercially produced.
I would like to get my calcium form vegetable sources due to my Lactose
intolerance and possible slight sensitivity to milk it self.
the green leafy juices are hard to stomach.
