How about checking www.wilton.com.  They have a recipe
section for cakes and frosting.  I don't know if they
would have anything without confectioners sugar or
corn syrup, but it's worth a try.  In addition to the
traditional recipes, the Wilton site has a "recipe
box" which may be another place to check.
