I was wondering if anyone knows anything about lecithin.
I have been avoiding giving it to my son which has milk and
egg allergies. I'm not sure why I have been avoiding it, so
I looked it up in the dictionary and it says it is found in the
yolk of eggs. Not sure how to take that?? It is also found
in his puffer. I called the pharmacy right away because I
thought it was a dairy product and they informed me that
it is an amino acid but was unaware of whether it is found
in dairy.
Thanks for the help.

Kelly
