I recently saw the ads for Yoplait Lactose Free Yoghurt. Being
skeptical, but interested, I waited til the weekend to try it - just in
case of side-effects, I wanted to be home.
I am pleasantly surprised to say that I have consumed a little container
of it - 6 oz. I think - completely without symptoms. By now, if there
were more than a trace, I'd be having symptoms, as I'm pretty intolerant.
My wife tasted it and says it's as good as the regular Yoplait - never
having been able to taste it, I'll take her word for it. Not quite as
lite as their "light" which she eats, but not too bad either.

I also tried Lactaid Yoghurt. While I also/still/yet have no symptoms,
the flavor and the consistency of that yoghurt aren't as good as the
Yoplait is. Still they both beat the hell out of the taste of the
Soy-gurts I've tried. IMO

Yoplait comes in the 6 oz. container and in a 4-pack of 4 oz.; and in
multiple flavors. Lactaid comes in 6 oz. containers, and I think only 3
flavors.
