Hi Diane,
Has your child been checked for celiac disease or gluten intolerance? I ask
that because excema can be caused by a gluten reaction.
I would try to purchase some milk free chocolate especially for your daughter.
I try to emphasize to my children that milk isn't that great for any of the
population and that it contains antibiotics, bovine growth hormone, etc. and
that cows are treated inhumanely. We weren't meant to drink the milk of
other animals, I say to them and milk isn't that good for us anyway.
We all have too much protein in our diets...
So far my kids listen to all that and don't cheat because it'll mean
listening to my redundant lecturing about the evils of milk (and gluten).

All the best,
