I talked to a friend of mine about the problems that her child was having
with extremely dry, flaky skin and she told me that the dermatogist
recommended using Crisco. I know that sound weird (and she did too at first)
but its helped! I don't know if it makes a difference but this child is
African American. They use the solid kind of Crisco from the waist down and
it has really cleared up the problem. She did say that it makes her break
out if used about the waist. Above the waist they do not use soap and that
seems to really help. This child face used to look dry all the time, now the
skin on her face is smooth and soft.
I don't know if this will help anyone, but I thought I'd share the info.

Heidi :)
