My guess would be that you are talking about "VeganRella" by the same
people who make TofuRella, AlmondRella, etc. All but the VeganRella
have casein. I believe that the VeganRella is thickened using brazil
nuts but am not sure. It is hard to find in my neck of the woods (Bay
Area, CA).

A company called SoyKaas makes some casein free soy cheese that my
daughter thought were AWFUL. I tried some and had to agree.

Everything that I have seen by SoyMage is COMPLETELY dairy free and not
just lactose free. My daughter loves their cheddar and mozzarella style
singles and their grated parmesan substitute. I just ran to get a
package of the SoySingles. It is marked with U(circled) Pareve which I
read means that it is not "supposed" to have even trace amounts.
However, to be safe, you should contact the company:
        SOYCO FOODS,
        2441 Viscount Row,
        Orlando, FL 32809

I am new to this list. My name is Katie Addison and my daughter,
Rebecca, who is about to turn 3, is allergic to milk protein. Upon
getting any milk products (including baked into breads, crackers, etc -
it is amazing how many people don't believe this), she gets dark rings
under her eyes, an excema reaction on her face, followed a few days
later by diaper rash, around that time by thickened nasal discharge and
a week to two weeks later unless we are extremely lucky, an ear
infection. We are lucky not to have to worry about life-threatening
reactions, thank goodness.

I am glad to have found you and will be glad to share all that I have
learned over the last 2+ years.

Cheers, Katie ([log in to unmask])

P.S. Has anybody heard the scoop on Burger King fries - that some areas
have added a milk product? Does anyone know which parts of the country
are affected if this is true?
