I shouldn't be the one to explain what stevia is. stevia is a natural herb that has been around for many years and is many times sweeter than refined sugar. It comes in many forms and strengths. The US ( as I understand it) at this point will only let it in as a dietary supplement mostly for diabetics. It has no calories, leaves no toxins in your body and has many medicinal purposes. You will find it at a health food store. They know so much more that I . I am just  learning about it myself. My kids have an over growth of yeast and I was trying to figure out what in the world to feed  them.  Hope this explains a little.
