Does anybody have a recipe for dairy free vanilla pudding?  I tried a
recipe this morning using rice milk (in place of whole milk) with corn
starch as the thickening agent.  It wouldn't thicken up even when I added 2
extra tablespoons of corn starch.  Anybody have success and care to share?
I'd appreciate it. Thanks.
