Does anyone have a recipe for making lactose-free cheese from
lactose-free milk?  I've found plenty of dairy-free cheese substitute
recipies, but I would love to know how to use real milk to make my own

* cream cheese
* mozarella
* cottage cheese

Also condensed milk or evaporated milk recipes would be wonderful.
