Some of the soy cheeses have calcium caseinate added to them and people
with milk protein allergies will react to this.
I have tried Soymage cheddar alternative without any reaction.
It says on the front of the package 100% dairy free and casein free.

The cheese tastes o.k.  It has a smoky flavour.  The texture is pretty
good.  I paid $3.69 for 8 oz.

There is also a cheese made with brazil nuts but I have not tried it yet.
