Joanne,
I, too, suffered years of congestion and sinus infections.....all the while
eating cheese, putting milk on cereal, eating ice cream and yogurt.

Then, my second child, now 6, was found to be severely allergic to cow's milk
-- anaphylactic, in fact.
While doing research about the allergy and its symptoms and how to keep him
safe, I began seeing my symptoms listed among the less severe allergy reaction
information. In fact, I usually feel kind of listless and I get a foggy
feeling in my brain after eating or drinking milk products and those symptoms
were listed as well!

So, I began cutting out the milk and started feeling MUCH better.
Now, if I even use a non-dairy creamer with casein in it for my coffee, I
experience the congestion within a half-hour. I can't believe I never noticed
the connection before!

Rose
