I don't know if this is something you want to hear, but a lot of milk these days
is from cows given recombinant bovine growth hormone (rBGH).  rGBH increases milk
production, but the cows also develop more udder infections.  So the milk from
these cows contains not only the rGBH, but also pus and antibiotics.
