The Orthodox Union has asked Duncan Hines to
convert the Ready to Spread Frosting Line to
OU-Dairy effective immediately. The move was made
to ensure that the product accurately reflects
Kosher dairy, based on Duncan Hines processing
procedures. This change is not due to any
formulation
changes. The ready-to-spread frosting product will
still retain the kosher status under the
supervision of the
Orthodox Union when bearing the OU-D symbol.
