Hi all,

I have been on this list for a couple of months now and have seen no
mention of ghee. It has been recommended to us as dairy free. Just
wondering if there is more to it than the limited amount of information I
can find.

Also, has anyone found a substitute margarine that doesn't include soy?
We have multiple food allergies. Outside of ghee and coconut butter, I am
at a loss.
