Wouldn't they (Trop. Source) still have to include the dairy ingredient they
used on the label under the ingredient listing?  The Kosher label is K-DE
not K-D, so I'm thinking they changed their ingredients.  Do you have
current info that indicates otherwise of their current products?  There are
many "dairy free" labeled products that still list whey or casein, etc. in
their ingredient listing.

Ingredients are:
chocolate (unrefined cane juice crystals, chocolate liquor (non alcohol),
cocoa butter, tofu, lecithin (soy derived emulsifier), vanilla bean oil)
