There are several dry milks on the market. Some brands are VAnce's
Dairyfree, Better than Milk, etc. Look in your health food store near the
non-dairy milk display. Brands can vary by region. Another idea, which might
not work as well, is to mix protein powder (made from rice or soy) along
with a little sugar to make your own powder. This is highly experimental,
but you're basically replicating the protein and sugar found in dry milks
and this is what the yeast breads like.
