A few years ago, when I first became obviously sensitive to dairy products,
I was having so many cold sores that I went to a doctor for a prescription.
 Since I've been avoiding dairy, I have only had one mild case.  I did not
associate the two problems until your posting, but maybe there is a
relationship.
