Hi Valerie,
Yes--VERY INTERESTED!  I love your recipes!  My Mom is coming out from
Vancouver next week and will help me experiment with baking.  We plan to
try mandelbrot (like biscotti) which I made for years before going GF.
She thinks we can come up with enjoyable results.  If so, I will post
the recipe.

Are you doing the gluten challenge?  Do you have a biopsy scheduled?
