In the "Dairy-Free Cookbook" by Jane Zukin there is a chapter on dining
out.  This information is from 1991 or earlier so you might try
requesting an ingredients brochure from the local KFC, but she writes:

These items contain milk or lactose:

Original Recipe Chicken is dipped in milk and egg.
Kentucky Nuggets, Chicken Livers, and Chicken Sandwich are all prepared
with milk.
Extra-Crispy-Chicken batter mix contains milk.
Mashed Potatoes include whey solids.
Biscuits are made with buttermilk and margarine.
Desserts contain milk.
