The one thing that has been most helpful for me this year is the Alladin MicroMagic
thermal container, which I found at KMart in the camping section. This thermal
container is microwaveable and keeps foods very hot for hours. I stick the cold food
in it, zap it in the microwave and send it to school. The containers come in 7 oz and
10 oz sizes.

I have found Grandma Millina's Organic Pasta-O's (like spaggheti-o's) to be the
most-requested lunch for my son. One variety of the Pasta- o's is cheese and milk
free. I have been able to find Grandma Millina's at Fresh Fields (whole foods
markets) and my local health food store.
