Good morning,

Because of what I have learned from this discussion list, I checked out the
book by Doris Rapp and did a simple elimination diet to test wheat (I have
already given up dairy).  It is looking like I can't tolerate wheat and I'd
like to know if there is a listserv similar to this one that talks about
wheat free diets.
