I would stay away from anything that is hydrogenated. I recommend Earth
Balance.

Tabulating for my own purposes anyway. Feel free to edit if I'm wrong
and add to it as well. Also thanks, this has been very helpful to me. The
recommendations so far:

Fleischmann's unsalted- kosher-parve, comes in sticks, cooks well
Benecol- spreadable
Smart Balance LIGHT- may be milk free, also stated that it is pareve,
indicated better for spreading than cooking
Earth Balance- non GMO expeller pressed oils, GFCF, no hydrogenated
oils, no trans fats, spreadable, tastes like butter, most health food
stores,
Farm Fresh (SE VA based), Harris Teeter (NC based but is also up
and down the coast to Northern VA), Publix (FL based) and
Albertson's (FL based), plus Whole Foods. Also stated that it is
pareve but not soy free, sticks are bakeable, better tasting than
butter
Mother's Margarine made during Passover-pareve, soy free
