Helen, You're "playing my tune."  I thought I had a handle on the milk
allergies when I began using goat's milk.  I just discovered I must give it
up.  Now i really don't know if there's ANY part of ANY milk I can handle.
What a bomber!  But, I'll bounce back.  I always have. (I'm 57.)  Ginger
