Thanks for the info Ed.  I thought that I could go back to putting a little skim milk in my coffee, but no.  I had the worst indegestion and burning that I have ever had.  Went back to the fat free soy milk.  I cleared up within a couple of days.  By the way, I'm 37 and you are right, LI gets worse as we get older.  The best thing to do is just avoid all milk and dairy products.
