Hello all:

Sources of Sorbitol:
Jamieson Cal-Chews Calcium contains it. They were upsetting
my stomach and I called to see if they had milk in them. I
was reassured they were totally dairy-free. Then I read the
postings about Sorbitol. Thanks

Aging and Asthma:
My Dad didn't have asthma as a kid but has it as an adult.
Although the worst trigger for him is the cold, he notices
his allergies can make it worse (he felt better, well
physically anyway, when the cats died)

This list is great. It seems I notice something in my diet
and there is always someone to confirm it. E.g. I noticed I
didn't feel so great if I ate a lot of wheat and then I read
about others experiencing the same thing.

Bad experiences the last two days with food servers saying
that food did not have milk in it. Today it obviously did
(after I had tasted it), the server said he hadn't made it
(i.e. so he had no idea what was in it) and offered me
something else but then noticed it had Parmesan on it. Just
venting.

Love to all.
