Except that for the person who asked the original question this is NOT a
statistical
debate. If he has another sensitivity/allergy/health condition caused by
something (perhaps that he eats) unrelated to dairy and you convince him
it
is (caused by dairy) he might go on getting hurt. Especially when you
stretch something that far - bone meal IS NOT dairy, and probably
contains
not even trace amounts of casein or lactose (which is what most people
here are sensitive to) and the amount of bone meal that is left in
sugar (assuming it was used at all in the first place by a particular
manufacturer) is miniscule. Your agenda may have very serious real life
consequences for that person. If he has a possible medical condition
IT should be looked at, not how could you possibly tie in animal
consumption into
it and convince him it's another fault of non-vegetarianism. It appears
that you would want people to stop using any part of a cow,
regardless of the fact that it may/may not be actually harmfull to them.
