I have a great kosher book that lists 26 pages of kosher restaurants all
over the U.S. The book is the Kosher Companion by Trudy Garfunkel. The list
covers 23 states, 5 Cities in Canada and 2 listings in Mexico. There is
also a list of kosher markets, bakeries and markets equally as well done.
