Add cosmetics. <Crystal Siegel touched the issue>
People suffering from milk allergies (and oher food problems) often will
have
skin problems in the face. The sore skin would be fixed up by cosmetics
which
often contains chemicals which are not allowed in food, or beeing used
around
the eyes. The main reason for these regulations are proofs of causing
cancer
or nurological problems.
This may be viewed at as 'off milk topic', and I wellcome this opinon. My
opinin is
that this relates to some people in the no-milk list. It is knowledge that
is needed
from another perspective of *time* than the more direct followings to the
digestion
of milk.
Regarding the scientific proofs and references:
I would be able to come up with refs on the regulations on the substances.
I used my own imagination on the effects of coating sore skin with
these chemicals. The connection on milk allergies and skin problems, is a
topic which you are all able to verify or not.

As with Don's concern about the air we breathe.
I know my nose is sore, at periodes it will even bleed (before going to
diet).
This condition would make me more voulnerable to harmful airborne
substances.
They would penetrate the sore skin and go into my blood stream. At the same
time my smelling sense would be malfunctioning, and I would not even be
certain
to recognize them by smell.
I learned to recognize them by my own knowledge that certain perfumes would
give me an anger reaction.
Cutting out milk has improved my ability to detect these anger-trigging
substances
earlier. My reactions are even milder now as time passes.
