Rich's makes a liquid non-dairy creamer that is Pareve. I discovered it just a
few months ago.
It's been a wonderful replacement for milk and milk products in recipes. In
fact, I make hot chocolate for my 6-year-old using half non-dairy creamer/half
water and cocoa. He loves it (actually, I think he likes the marshmallows in
it more :-)

But if you find it in the store, be careful. Because Rich's also makes a non-
dairy creamer that has casein in it! they look virtually identical, but one is
labeled pareve...of course, I always double-check by reading the ingredients.
And even then, I feel like I'm taking a risk (they're made by the same
company...makes me nervous).
