Scott and Deb,

I can empathize! My seven year old has had a milk and soy allergy for
years.

Does the severity of your soy allergy preclude the use of soy lecithin
and/or soy oil? The reason why I ask this is that there are several
margarines on the market that are milk and soy protein free, but do contain
soy oil or soy lecithin. According to information from the Food Allergy
Network I have received, most soy allergic individuals are able to tolerate
soy oil and soy lecithin. (though that wasn't the case with my own child's
soy allergy)

If you are able to tolerate soy oil and soy lecithin, then you can choose
from Fleischmann's UNSALTED or LOWER FAT varieties. Squeeze Parkay is
also okay. I have been told that Nucoa margarine is also milk and soy
free.

If you are unable to tolerate soy oils or lecithins, the only margarine I
was able to find was a brand called MOTHERS made by a company in Northern
New Jersey. The only problem with that is that the totally soy free
variety is only made during Passover, it is made with cottonseed oil and no
lecithins. Other times of the year, it has soy oil in it. Every year I
usually buy enough for the year and freeze it. It comes in both sticks and
tubs.
