I am glad my post to the list helped you.  I almost didn't post it as I
imagine a lot of people would find a link between dairy food and
emotional state hard to accept.  I know some of my friends and family
look at me pretty strangely if I speak about it to them.

Anyway, I hope this new perspective on the effects of dairy products
helps you to take control of the way you feel (not that we have to be
completely rational and in control 100% of the time but it adds an
additional barrier to coping if milk is messing with your emotions)
