From the account that is subscribed to the mailing list, send in the
command (in a message body):

SET NO-MILK NOMAIL

and send to [log in to unmask]

Upon return from holiday, send in one of these commands:

SET NO-MILK MAIL
SET NO-MILK DIGEST
