Just to let you know that there is a brand of margarine that is Dairy and
Lactose Free + Soya, Gluten, Wheat and Oat Free called Pure.  It is sold in
Tescos (Supermarket in the UK) for £1.49, but is very tasty and also happens
to be Organic.  It is made  with vegetable oils.  As I haven't got a tub on
me at the moment I can't e-mail any intricate details.  If you require
