fish because almost all of it contains hydrolyzed protein of some sort
and/or vegetable broth. The goal of these additives is glutamate (MSG)
for flavor enhancement. I have seen many reactions to MSG, so I try to
get most patients to avoid it.
Diet tuna, or low salt low fat tuna (by Starkist) contains only tuna and
water, no glutamate or salt or pyrophosphate. It tastes very bland.
