I just read in that white spots on the nails is a sign of gluten
intolerance.
Is this the same fenomena? These spots are positioned anywhere on the nail
(at least mine :).

Anyway, if the white nail bed is a sign of food allergy, then we all
suffer? At least almost everyone I know. I have notised that some *don't*
have white nail beds.

Well, thinking about what we really eat, no wonder this is more and more
common.
Milk and wheat proteins are found in all kinds of food.
