No matter how hard I try to explain to non-problem eaters,i.e. friends,
they really don't understand.
So explaining in a restaurant, no matter how plain or fancy, that I'm
not just being fussy is a risky proposition.
Things slip by me no matter how careful I am.  I'm still fairly new at this.
I'm travelling next week and am petrified of being hung up in an airport
and getting sick. Am taking a doggie bag.
