I checked my FAAN card showing how to read a label for a milk-free diet.  None
of these items you list show up.  However, might the rice wine vinegar include
some natural flavoring or coloring that could remotely contain milk protein?
That is my only guess.

Oh, one more thought: soy sauce also often has caramel color.  Not sure if
caramel color is supposed to indicate milk protein, but since caramel itself
can indicate milk protein, we always avoid anything that contains caramel
color as well.
