Natural Ovens of Manitowic Wisconsin had several varieties of Kosher
Pareve bread. Some of these are pretty heavy for children--their soft
hearth whole wheat is one of the lighter ones.  (They also make the only
pareve cinnamon raisin raisin bread I've seen.) There are many Pareve
kaiser rolls-Rosen's and Turano are popular in the Chicago area.
