<< Has anyone had any experience with cheese made from 100% sheep's milk?
My daughter's milk allergy is not life threatening (a delayed response
allergy involving the digestive system) and she misses cheese very much,
 especially on pizza. >>
Just attended the Food Allergy Conference and the Doctor said for children
with life theatening food allergies goat, cow and sheep's milk are similiar
in protein and should be avoided. That doesn't answer your question, but I
its important to mention so those of us with life theatening allergies don't
take this risk.
