The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is clarifying dosing and 
warning recommendations for the drug Celexa (citalopram 
hydrobromide). There is the possibility that high doses of the 
antidepressant can cause dangerous abnormalities in the electrical 
activity of the heart.
