Happiness is a way of interpreting the world.

So the misery and global burden of mental illness, especially 
depression and anxiety, has a whole chapter, carved out, urging 
earlier and more treatment, pharma and CBT.  A lot of good 
information and perspectives, a lot of assumptions, funneled into 
prevention and promotion models and the familiar language of WFMH, WHO.
