I heard a snippet on NPR this morning about Bhutan and fleeing
refugees. I was curious, used Google, from the many hits read these
three old articles. It seems to me that the concerns in this small
Buddhist monarchy, about maintaining a national identity compared to
diversity and inclusion, are analogous to what is happening all over
the world. The issues noted in the third link are similar to what is
said about US immigration especially from Mexico. How do we make
space for all without tyranny and loss of separation? Melting pot
versus hyphenated identity - I think there must be both in some
agreed on whole.
