Here’s particularly ominous evidence that TAC is 
gearing up big time. NY and Kendra’s Law has been 
their most influential base of operations. Flush 
with the positive press wave they’re getting from 
the Washington Post piece, they’re looking to set 
another ‘national standard’ in NYS, the lowering 
of the involuntary inpatient commitment standard 
to ‘gravely disabled’ or ‘likely to substantially deteriorate’. Chilling stuff!

See how Jaffe sensationalizes the victims with 
names like ‘Dragon’ and ‘Second Avenue 
Slasher’….a page out of his strategy to push 
Kendra’s Law in 2000 when he said “From a 
marketing perspective, it may be necessary to 
capitalize on the fear of violence to get the law passed."

I’m going to submit a letter to the Daily News 
later this am and encourage others to join me in doing the same.
