President Obama ... urges all citizens to consider preparing a 
Patient Directive stating their end-of-life preferences. He 
unequivocably stated that whatever choice the individual makes was 
not a matter for the doctor,the family, the lawyers or the state in 
anyway to unduly influence or disregard, but must always remain the 
personal preference of the individual and is to be respected as such.
