Court: State can sell hospital, but Mental Health Dept. gets money

COLUMBIA -- The S.C. Supreme Court has ruled the state can sell the 178-acre 
State Hospital campus on Bull Street in Columbia, but the State Department 
of Mental Health will keep the money.
