2008 *net* profits of 10 largest pharmas - J&J, Pfizer, 
GlaxoSmithKline, Roche, Sanofi-Aventis, Novartis, AstraZeneca, 
Abbott, Merck, Whyeht - 75 billion dollars and spend about 2/3 of 
that on promotion and marketing.

2008 *net* profits of 5 largest health insurers - Wellpoint, 
UnitedHealth, Aetna, Cigna, Humana 
-                                        near to $12 billion.  CEO 
salaries range from 5 to 40 million a year.

Crowd overflowed even the overflow room, gathered outside.  Lots of 
cheers, some jeers, most input was straight from the talking points.

All about insurance, not wellness. No discussion of what 'health' 
means, a nod to prevention (obesity, smoking).  Expectations of large 
cost cutting from efficiencies, EHRs, HIEs, ...
