The abuse that no one stops
"Why does the physical and emotional safety of women in mental distress
continue to be a low priority? Why are male staff members carrying out close
observation of women in bathrooms and toilets, in bedrooms during the night,
or even holding women down for forcible injections, despite guidance to the
contrary?"
